Where do we deliver to?

We currently only ship to mainland UK. If you wish to purchase Namilloh from overseas, contact us via email at info@namilloh.co.uk and we’ll do our best to reach your location.

How long will delivery take?

You’ll see the current delivery time for each of our designs when you proceed to the checkout, before completing your order. We’ll create your jewellery within a 4-week timeline once we have received your ink prints from you. When we receive your prints, we’ll check that they are clear enough to engrave and will send you a confirmation within two working days. From there, you can be assured that your item is coming to life in our London workshop.

Who will deliver my jewellery? 

Each of our deliveries within the UK is processed by Royal Mail. We’ll always send your jewellery via a Next Day delivery service and be sure that the parcel is fully insured to your door for peace of mind. With that said, please note that all items will require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.

Can I return my purchase?

All engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We pride ourselves on our service and craftsmanship, however in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, or supplied incorrectly, please email us with your order number and we will rectify any issues as quickly as possible.

 

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that we can remedy your order right away. We recommend that you use an insured postal service to send your item back to us, as we will not be held responsible until the item arrives back to our workshop.

 

If the item is agreed as faulty, we offer our sincerest apologies and a full refund including postage. If the item is not faulty, the postage cost will be charged.
