Can I return my purchase?

All engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We pride ourselves on our service and craftsmanship, however in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, or supplied incorrectly, we will rectify any issues as quickly as possible.

All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that we can remedy your order right away. We recommend that you use an insured postal service to send your item back to us, as we will not be held responsible until the item arrives back to our workshop.


If the item is agreed as faulty, we offer our sincerest apologies and a full refund including postage. If the item is not faulty, the postage cost will be charged.
